The European Project P2P finBIO held its second workshop in the city of Seville (Andalusia, Spain) to continue working on a guide of good practices and funding instruments of the national and European scene. In this workshop the 5 European bio-based clusters that conform the project consortium met in a two days agenda full of presentations and visits with the objective of meeting the main stakeholders of the Andalusian innovation ecosystem.

The P2P finBIO partners have met the Regional Ministry of Economic Transformation, Industry and Universities of the Andalusian Government and some of the main investor groups and business aceleration centres of the region.

The workshop was organised by Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA), a private foundation with more than 165 member companies and 15 years of experience, dedicated to promoting R&D and technology transfer in Andalusia.

The next workshop will be held in Lille (France), and there will be one in each of the partners region. The first one was held in Denmark in November, coinciding with the start of the project.

P2P finBIO is coordinated by Food & Bio Cluster Denmark and made up of four other European organisations which work closely with the agri-food and bioeconomy sectors. The five partners are part of the national innovation ecosystem in their respective regions, and offer services related to innovation management, business modelling, internationalisation and facilitating access to funding.
