Forum of the facilities and the Efficient Rehabilitation of Andalusia – REHABILIVING

The Andalusian Forum for Facilities and Efficient Rehabilitation, REHABILIVING, kicks off on Thursday, October 6 at the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Sevilla, FIBES, with the latest technological proposals to be presented by the more than 80 leading brands participating in the event. More than 1,200 visitors have already registered to visit the southern peninsular trade fair.

Inaugurated by representatives of the Andalusian Regional Government, the Seville City Council, institutions and associations of the sector, the Forum will provide answers to the various questions related to efficient installations and refurbishment, two sectors that go hand in hand and offer great business opportunities for professionals, at a time like the present, marked by the energy crisis, the opportunity of Next Generation Funds and uncertainty about the drift of the economy.

Visitors to this first edition of the fair organized by FEVYMAR, which has the support of the most important associations and organizations of the sectors it brings together, will be able to see the latest technologies offered by complementary sectors such as electricity, air conditioning and building renovation. The technology exhibition will be complemented by the new technologies area where exhibitors will showcase their most cutting-edge projects.

Both the installation and refurbishment sectors are key to meeting environmental and energy efficiency requirements and with a view to decarbonizing the economy. Part of the Next Generation EU funds and the jobs that will be created in the coming years are focused on the energy transition, where photovoltaic self-consumption, aerothermal energy or energy communities will play a special role, together with the installer, who will be a key player in this change.

All this will be discussed in the full program of technical seminars, in which a team of more than 30 experts in various fields will provide the necessary knowledge to understand the challenges of the current sector. Thus, the program will address the keys to the construction and renovation of facilities with European Next Generation funds; the development of photovoltaic self-consumption and energy communities, the comprehensive rehabilitation of neighborhoods, buildings and homes or the most advanced solutions for efficient air conditioning and energy reduction in buildings.

REHABILIVING 2022 has the support of the Regional Government of Andalusia, the City Council of Seville and more than 40 associations and institutions of the sector, united with the common goal of promoting the rehabilitation of buildings.
