Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA) and its member company Tepro Consultores Agrícolas (Tepro) have organized on April 10 the launching event of the Andalusian Agricultural and Forestry Network of its European project BBioNets. The European BBioNets project, funded with nearly 2 million euros by the European Union’s Horizon Europe program, aims to promote the use of Bio-Based Technologies (BBTs) to process agricultural and forestry biomass.
BBioNets will promote the use of the resources generated by the EIP-AGRI Operational Groups, fostering economically and environmentally sustainable practices at the regional level. To this end, BBioNets will seek to establish six Regional Agricultural and Forestry Networks in different European countries, including Ireland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Poland and the Czech Republic. In Spain, the regional network is located in Andalusia and is coordinated by CTA and Tepro.
