Grants for hiring research personnel “Industrial Doctorates”.

Industrial Doctorates: Doctoral Training in companies by co-financing the employment contracts of trainee research personnel participating in an industrial research or experimental development project to be developed in the company, in which their doctoral thesis will be framed, in order to favor the labor insertion of researchers in companies from the beginning of their professional careers, contribute to the employability of these researchers and promote the incorporation of talent in the productive fabric in order to increase its competitiveness.

Object of financing:

• Industrial research projects: oriented to planned research or critical studies aimed at acquiring new knowledge and skills that may be useful to develop new products, processes or services or to significantly improve existing ones.
• Experimental development projects: aimed at the acquisition, combination, configuration and use of existing scientific, technological, business or other knowledge and techniques for the development of new or improved products, processes or services. It may also include, for example, conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services.

The aid will take the form of a GRANT.

The percentage of the aid will depend on the type of project and type of beneficiary.

• Industrial Doctorates: Up to 24,330 €/year
