METASTARS: “On Stage” – Resilience in Aerospace and Defence

Next 5th December, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the European METASTARS project, of which CTA is part of the consortium, will celebrate its final event at the Aeromart Toulouse trade fair. Aeromart has become the number one trade fair for the aerospace market. Based on one-to-one and pre-planned meetings, Aeromart brings together hundreds of company managers in the same place and allows them to network in business meetings, solution workshops and conferences.

All METASTARS event attendees will receive complimentary access to the trade show in the afternoon, offering additional networking and business development opportunities.

This event marks the end of three years of dedicated efforts to improve resilience within our industry, and promises to be an excellent opportunity for connection, collaboration and celebration.

About METASTARS

The METASTARS project has successfully funded 44 SMEs from 12 European countries, distributing a total of €1 million through two calls launched in 2023. This initiative has been a catalyst in supporting SMEs that are driving innovation and sustainability in the Aerospace and Defence sector. As we conclude this project, we look forward to showcasing the remarkable achievements of participating companies and discussing future opportunities.

METASTARS Award Winners

On 20 June, METASTARS announced an open call for awards for resilient SMEs, which closed on 13 September. Nine SMEs submitted applications and, during the event, we will present the METASTARS Awards to the three winners, SMEs from the aerospace and defence sectors that are working to improve their resilience and adapt to the green and digital transitions. The winners are:
