The METASTARS project aims to create a grouping of European clusters to support SMEs in the aerospace and defense (ASD) ecosystem.
The project will provide financial support to SMEs to develop innovative projects and benefit from services to adapt to new technologies, to develop or strengthen their green and digital transition, their innovation potential, their internationalization strategy towards Japan and Canada, and the training of their workforce.
CTA is the only Spanish entity participating in this initiative, funded by the European Cosme program, together with 3 other partners from European countries (France, Greece and Poland).
METASTARS will foster the creation of an aerospace and defense ecosystem that will provide a wide range of services to ASD SMEs across Europe, with support for innovation, favoring SME resilience and the green and digital transition. It also aims to diversify markets, creating new opportunities among different sectors and at the international level.
Among the activities included in this project are the development of joint actions between different clusters to improve their development and internationalization strategy skills.
