CTA is a member, together with the consulting firm Track Global Solutions, of the consortium that won a tender for a project tendered by the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Minagri) and financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
The tender involves the contract for a consultancy service for the preparation of the bases, promotion and management of the first contest for the development of agricultural information services.
This tender is part of a large and ambitious program of the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture, called Project to Improve the Agrarian Information Statistical System and the Agrarian Information Service for Rural Development in Peru (PIADER).The project, which allocates close to US$30 million to improve the quality, relevance, reliability and availability of agricultural information in the country, in order to improve the quality of agricultural policies and farmers’ incomes.
