SUDOKET‘s main objective is to boost European growth around Innovative Buildings (IB) by enhancing the research and development capabilities of KET(Key Enabling Technologies) based solutions for this type of buildings in universities and research centers. The project will promote the creation of links and synergies between constructors, manufacturers, designers and technologists, which will contribute to improving the quality and competitiveness of EI in Europe.
To this end, SUDOKET will develop two collaborative online information systems:
- KETpedia, aimed at disseminating the state of the art in KET for EI.
- And KETcluster, dedicated to the mapping of the different stakeholders and the promotion of collaborative projects and initiatives among them.
In addition, SUDOKET will deploy four pilot installations in France, Spain and Portugal, which will experimentally validate the performance of advanced technologies used in the construction and operation of EI and demonstrate the feasibility of their use in real operating conditions, thus strengthening the confidence of the industry. SUDOKET will pay special attention to the transfer and dissemination of knowledge by holding seminars, technology workshops and conferences on research and application of KETs in EI.
The SUDOKET project is co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe Program.
The Interreg Sudoe program is part of the European territorial cooperation objective known as Interreg financed through one of the funds of the European regional policy: the European Regional Development Fund).
