CTA solicits bids for the contracting of a streaming broadcasting service for an event of the European HP4ALL project.

CTA is requesting bids for the contracting of a supplier for the streaming of the European project HP4ALL (891775) Building a low-carbon, climate resilient future: secure, clean and efficient energy (H2020), which will be held on May 25 from 12-14h in Seville.

The budget should include:

• Recording of speakers (indicate prices for lavalier or headset microphones up to 6 units + handheld microphone)
• Rebroadcast of the presentations in parallel to the speeches.
• The platform from which it is broadcasted must include the possibility for attendees to ask questions or make comments.

Bids must be sent to natalia.gutierrez@corporaciontecnologica.com before 12 noon on May 20.

For transparency purposes, CTA will publish on its website the name of all the entities that have offered the tendered services.
