CTA requests bids for a catering service for an event of the European project ROBIN

Project: ROBIN “Deploying circular BIOecoNomies at Regional level with a territorial approach” (GA No 101060504, Horizon Europe)

a) Needs:

Finger lunch service (1 hour)

The proposal should include:

• Food
• beverages (water, coffee and tea) 
• cutlery (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups)

b) Requirements:

• Venue: Steinbeis Europa Zentrum
  Leuschnerstr. 43
  70176 Stuttgart, Germany
• Date: Wednesday, October 9th – 9.30h – 15.30h CEST (Finger Lunch 12.30h)
• Capacity and availability for +/- 60 people.
• Alternative version for people with allergies and/or intolerances and for
  vegetarian people.

c) Offer evaluation criteria:

The supplier whose offer meets all the requirements and is the most economical will be chosen.
The number of guests is indicative and at the end of the service the price per guest will be paid.

For transparency purposes, CTA will publish on its website the name of all the entities that
have offered the tendered services and the selected supplier.

d) Deadline for receipt of offers: August 5, 13:OOh CEST // extended to August, 19 13:00h CEST
