CTA solicits bids for auditing European projects

CTA has opened the deadline to receive bids for the review of the justifications of expenditure to be made in the following projects that have been incentivized by the European Union (EU) (BIO4AFRICA, BIObec, ZeroW, P5 Innobroker, Robin, Scale-Up, Metastars, Biotransform, AeroStream, AgroDIH).

Bid submission requirements

• Only one bid may be submitted with the amount bid for each of the projects (the full name of each project must appear).
• The auditor must be registered in the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC), either individually or as a practicing partner of an Auditing Entity to which it belongs.
• It must be expressly stated “Commitment to review the documentation provided for the declaration within 10 days of its dispatch”.
• The criterion for the evaluation of bids shall be price. The bid shall indicate the price for the evaluation of each of the complete projects.
• The selection of the auditor will be made independently for each project.
• The amount to be invoiced after each revision will be Price offered/x, where x is the number of justifications to be made in the project.
• Any increase in the project budget or in the execution deadlines will not result in an increase in the amount bid for the performance of the audits.
• In the event of an increase in the total justified budget> 20%, the bid price may be increased up to “new budget amount*Y% , where Y= initial bid amount/initial project budget”. By agreement between the two parties.

Deadline

Bids will be received until September 23, 2022 at 15:00h.

Bids should be sent to: marta.pelaez@corporaciontecnologica.com with the subject “Audit European Projects”.

For each project, the supplier whose bid is the most economical and meets the requirements will be selected.

For transparency purposes, CTA will publish on its website the name of all the entities that have offered the tendered services.

– BM Auditores (entity selected for the audits of the BIObec, P5 Innobroker, ROBIN projects).
