CTA solicits bids for external audit of European INTECMED project

CTA opens the deadline to receive offers for the revision of the declarations to be made for the project B_A.2.1_0063_INTECMED, Incubators for innovation and technological transfer in the Mediterranean (project incentivized by the ENI CBC MED program).

Requirements for the presentation of the offer (compliance with each one of the points must be indicated):

• The full name of the project must appear in the bid.
• It is essential that the bid includes the complete execution and certification period of the project, the scope and intensity of the work, as well as the deadlines for the submission of reports; all according to the terms of the Technical Specifications document that governs the execution of the contract.
• The auditor must be registered in the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC), either individually or as a practicing partner of an Auditing Entity to which it belongs.
• The bid must include a commitment to comply with the points indicated in the following documents (see documentation of interest below):
  – List of criteria for auditor validation.
  – Auditor’s engagement model.
  – Technical prescriptions to be taken into account for the audit of expenses and revenues, in accordance with the verifications of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) No. 897/2014.
  – Commitment to review the documentation provided for the declaration within 10 days after it is sent.
• The criterion for the evaluation of bids shall be price. The bid shall indicate the price for the evaluation of the complete project.
• The amount to be invoiced after each revision will be “price offered/x”, where “x” is the number of declarations to be made in the project.

The deadline for submitting proposals was February 12 at 6:00 p.m. No proposals received after the deadline will be considered.
